I liked that the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel smelled, the decorations were ugly, the hotel was far away from town.

The hotel smelled very bad. It was far away from downtown Scranton, so we had to take cabs. The decorations were tacky. The rooms were not nice.

The young desk staff was EXCELLENT. Friendly and eager to please.

The room was worn, dirty and lights were out.

We were surprised to get a 3 star hotel. The bathroom was in dire need of renovation, Two lights were out, and paint was peeling. The bed sheet appeared clean but had a cigarette burn hole in it.

The halls were loud.
